Uruguay Sells Recreational Marijuana to More than 16,000 People Five Months After Legalizing Drug
Government has upped THC levels of the drug from 2% to 9%. Five months after legalising recreational marijuana, there are more than 16,000 Uruguayans registered to buy the drug from pharmacies, up from 5,000 users in July.
