NV: Clark County District Court Judge Elizabeth Gonzalez Issues Injunction Halting The Issuance Of Further Cannabis Retail Licenses

Several attorneys for winning bidders argued:

Would-be customers are being hurt.
The state is losing tax revenue.
Nevada tax figures project that the 65 recreational and medical stores currently open would report about $630 million in total sales for the fiscal year that ended June 30, 2019.
