Not Quite Over The Line For Social Consumption In Denver

The proposal was supported by seven of 12 councilors but failed to get the supermajority needed to change a voter-approved law, the Denver Post reported.

The bill would have reduced from 1,000 feet to 500 feet the distance a social consumption business is required to be from child care facilities and certain other buildings.
