The following California cities and counties will be releasing applications on April 1, 2019:

 
San Benito County
San Benito County will accept Cannabis Business Permit Applications starting April 1, 2019 through May 31, 2019 at 4 p.m. An initial deposit of $10,650 is due upon submission. The County is permitting up to limited number of cultivation and non-retail microbusiness permits, and will issue unlimited permits for manufacturing, distribution, and testing. Jurupa Valley
Jurupa Valley will open its Non-Priority application window on April 1, 2019. There is no set deadline for submission. A $2,500 application fee is due upon submission. The City will only be accepting applications for indoor cultivation, distribution, manufacturing, and testing. More information can be found here.
Imperial Beach
The City will be accepting retail dispensary applications until May 4, 2019. They will only be issuing one (1) permit.
