This Week’s Biggest Updates:
The Bureau of Cannabis Control will be issuing the last temporary state licenses by December 31, 2018. Generally, it takes between three (3) to four (4) weeks for the Bureau to review an application and issue a temporary license. That means getting your application in today if you haven’t already done so.
Other updates from around California:
Mountain View: Mountain View will begin accepting commercial cannabis applications starting December 3, 2018 until February 1, 2019.
American Canyon: The City will begin accepting commercial cannabis business applications beginning January 2, 2019 until February 15, 2019.
Lompoc: The City will hear and vote on implementing an ordinance that will permit cannabis testing.
