Medical Marijuana, Inc. Updates Products Offered in Nine States with CBD Restrictions

Due to changes to select state CBD policies, Medical Marijuana, Inc. will amend the availability of certain products to some states in the U.S. market.
We are a Company of Firsts®, including the first to create commercial CBD oil products and the first to ship them over state lines to all 50 states.
In pioneering the U.S. market for legal CBD, Medical Marijuana, Inc. has consistently navigated through controversy and confusion to ensure Americans have access to safe, reliable CBD products. Despite these challenges, we have made massive progress, while always keeping our customers’ safety and security in mind.
Derived from the seed and stalk of our imported hemp plants, our full spectrum CBD oil products are federally legal, even if they contain trace amounts of THC. However, even though our products are federally compliant, individual states are free to pass their own laws regulating hemp-derived CBD – and some have chosen to do so.
Nine states have created policies that currently regulate hemp-derived CBD products. It is our responsibility to remain conservatively on the right side of the law and to help our resellers and customers do the same.
After a vigorous legal review, Medical Marijuana, Inc. and our family of companies have made the decision to amend the availability of our full-spectrum CBD oil products that contain trace amounts of THC to 9 states: Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Montana and Mississippi.
At this time, our CBD products that do not contain detectable levels of THC will still be available in these states. These products include Real Scientific Hemp Oil-X Liquids, Real Scientific Hemp Oil CBD Isolate, Real Scientific Hemp Oil Salve, Dixie Botanicals® Salvation Balm, and Cibaderm® products.
These CBD products remain available in all 50 States:
